Seen from the viewpoint of Albion Cottage, Hampstead Heath, with the House Called 'The Salt Box' depicts the scenery Constable enjoyed each Summer on his annual trips to Hampstead. One of his earlier pieces, this artwork features cloud studies, which was a subject matter he frequently returned to.
