Due to adverse weather conditions, please expect some shipping delays. Our courier partners are working hard to ensure all orders arrive safely and as soon as possible, but severe conditions may affect deliveries.
If your order contains wallpaper and paint, you may receive these items separately. Items that are dispatched separately will not incur an additional delivery charge.

Samples
Wallpaper samples are shipped free of charge via USPS Mail Innovations and can take 1-2 for processing and 5-7 business days to be received. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping to the Midwest and West Coast.
PLEASE NOTE: that we are currently unable to offer tracking on sample orders. If you do have a query about your order please contact our dedicated customer service team who will be more than happy to help.
Custom Murals
As custom murals are made to order, they will take 8 business days for printing, processing and shipping.
Curtains & SHADES
As all of our Curtains and Shades are made to order, they will take 14-21 days to be delivered. *Subject to location.
What if I need another roll from the same batch?
If you need another roll from a specific batch, you will need to contact us, and we can check our stock for you.

If we have the batch that you need our Customer Service team will advise on how to place your order.

Order Processing
Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5pm Eastern Time so orders will only be processed during these times.
Upon Receipt
All goods are stringently checked at our premises before shipping to ensure they meet our high-quality standards, and orders will be shipped with the same batch number, to ensure colors match exactly.
However, please check all products for color, design and quality, or imperfections. On the rare occasion, your order contains mixed batches or you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us and provide images to Graham & Brown Support and we will try to put this right as quickly as possible.
If you have received your order but items are missing please also contact us as above.
With wallpaper these things must be checked before cutting or hanging the rolls, as we will not accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. We will not refund any amount of money for labor spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.
Delivery Timescales
Whilst we endeavour to keep our delivery timescales as up to date as possible, there are occasions where delays may occur which are beyond our control.
For this reason, please ensure that you have your products in your possession and inspected before booking a decorator.
Often decorators will charge a cancellation fee, unfortunately we would be unable to consider reimbursing any costs in this situation.
